About Me
My counselling journey started over 20 years ago working for a charity helping children struggling with bereavement. I now work with adults and teenagers in private practice. I also see younger children & teens at a child, teen & family therapy organisation in Tonbridge, and work at a Secondary school in Tonbridge. In addition, I work for two charities in Bexley and Gravesend offering low cost and free counselling.
I have experience of working with a broad range of issues from anxiety & depression, relationship issues, gender identity issues, bereavement & loss to adult and childhood trauma, body dysmorphia, autism, low self-esteem or just ‘not feeling OK but not knowing why.’
I am passionate about working with people to help them be the best version of themselves. I have sought counselling myself on many occasions throughout my life and have struggled with my own mental health, so I know from experience how life changing therapy can be.
I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy
